Extra costs and further information

The prices included :

• One set of bed, bath and pool linen per week
• Cot and high chair and for babies under 2 years
• Electricity
• Air conditioning
• Obligatory cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, once duringthe week.

Further costs to be paid on the premises in cash Euros:

• Final cleaning € 30 per person
• Additional beds € 50 each per day (max 2 available).
• Cook on request 35 € per hour, not including waiting service.
• Waiting service 20 € per hour.
• Beby-sitter on request €20 per hourfor a minimum stay of3 hours.
• Heating € 40 per day
• Pets allowed: € 10 per day
• Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
• Refundable security deposit € 800

Conditions:

Payment Policy

• We require 50% of the total amount due, within 5 days from the confirmation date, to be paid by bank transfer .
• The remaining amount is due in Cash Euro (local currency) on the arrival day.

Cancellation Policy

• You are allowed to cancel the reservation with no penalty up to 60 days from the arrival date.
• From 59 days up to the arrival date the deposit paid will be charged as penalty.
• In case of no-show 100% of the total amount due will be charged as penalty.
• In case of cancellation for Force Majeure, the penalty will be kept as deposit of a future vacation to be held within 1 year, upon availability of the space.
As soon as we receive payment, you will be forwarded the booking confirmation and the voucher with the house details.
