Extra costs and further information

The prices included :

• One set of bed, bath and pool linen per week

• Cot and high chair and for babies under 2 years

• Electricity is included up to 150 kw / h for week;surplus is at 0.90 cents per kw / h

• Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

• Obligatory cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, once duringthe week.

• Final cleaning

Further costs to be paid on the premises in cash Euros:

• Additional beds € 100 each per day (max 2 available).

• Cook on request 60 € per hour, not including waiting service.

• Waiting service 25 € per hour.

• Beby-sitter on request €25 per hourfor a minimum stay of 3 hours.

• Heating € 50 per day

• Pets allowed: € 15 per day

• Refundable security deposit € 1000

Conditions:

Payment Policy

• We require 50% of the total amount due, within 5 days from the confirmation date, to be paid by bank transfer .
• The remaining amount is due upon agreement on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• You are allowed to cancel the reservation with no penalty up to 60 days from the arrival date.
• From 59 days up to the arrival date the deposit paid will be charged as penalty.
• In case of no-show 100% of the total amount due will be charged as penalty.
• In case of cancellation for Force Majeure, the penalty will be kept as deposit of a future vacation to be held within 1 year, upon availability of the space.
As soon as we receive payment, you will be forwarded the booking confirmation and the voucher with the house details.
